Part-time jobs that fit around childcare (update)

A grocery chain and a hotel near Nashville are hiring part-time staff. It has been a long 22 weeks. They can give a schedule two weeks ahead. Has anyone worked these shifts?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I worked evenings at a hotel. The hours were steady and the team was friendly, but weekends were busy.
