Part-time jobs that fit around childcare (update)

A cleaning company is taking applications for evening crews. Shifts are four to six hours and the pay is weekly. Is the schedule really fixed?

I worked evenings at a hotel. The hours were steady and the team was friendly, but weekends were busy.

I got the job by going in around mid-morning and asking for the manager. Worth a try.
