Part-time jobs that fit around childcare (update)

A grocery chain and a hotel near Atlanta are hiring part-time staff. It has been a long 4 weeks. Some roles have a small tuition benefit. Is the schedule really fixed?

I got the job by going in around mid-morning and asking for the manager. Worth a try.

I worked evenings at a hotel. The hours were steady and the team was friendly, but weekends were busy.
