Part-time jobs that fit around childcare (update)

I am looking for part-time work that fits around school hours and found a few evening shifts near Kansas City. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Shifts are four to six hours and the pay is weekly. Has anyone worked these shifts?

Check how they treat part-time staff for benefits. Some add them after a set number of hours.
