Part-time jobs that fit around childcare (update)

I am looking for part-time work that fits around school hours and found a few evening shifts near Jacksonville. There are 13 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some roles have a small tuition benefit. Has anyone worked these shifts?

Ask whether the schedule is posted in advance and how they handle swaps. It matters a lot with kids.
