Part-time jobs that fit around childcare, recruiter here

I am looking for part-time work that fits around school hours and found a few evening shifts near Baltimore. I worked as a recruiter before this. They can give a schedule two weeks ahead. Is the schedule really fixed?

I worked evenings at a hotel. The hours were steady and the team was friendly, but weekends were busy.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
