Part-time jobs that fit around childcare, quality inspector here

I am looking for part-time work that fits around school hours and found a few evening shifts near Toledo. There are 3 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They can give a schedule two weeks ahead. How many hours do they guarantee?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
