Part-time jobs that fit around childcare (Hartford)

I am looking for part-time work that fits around school hours and found a few evening shifts near Hartford. I do not usually post, so bear with me. They can give a schedule two weeks ahead.

Check how they treat part-time staff for benefits. Some add them after a set number of hours.
