Part-time jobs that fit around childcare - first time posting

A grocery chain and a hotel near Cincinnati are hiring part-time staff. Some roles have a small tuition benefit. Has anyone worked these shifts?

Ask whether the schedule is posted in advance and how they handle swaps. It matters a lot with kids.

Check how they treat part-time staff for benefits. Some add them after a set number of hours.
