Part-time jobs that fit around childcare - first time posting

A cleaning company is taking applications for evening crews. This is my first time dealing with any of this. They can give a schedule two weeks ahead. Is the schedule really fixed?

I got the job by going in around mid-morning and asking for the manager. Worth a try.

Check how they treat part-time staff for benefits. Some add them after a set number of hours.
