Part-time jobs that fit around childcare

I am looking for part-time work that fits around school hours and found a few evening shifts near Milwaukee. I worked as an IT help-desk technician before this. Shifts are four to six hours and the pay is weekly. How many hours do they guarantee?

Check how they treat part-time staff for benefits. Some add them after a set number of hours.
