Part-time jobs that fit around childcare

A grocery chain and a hotel near Boise are hiring part-time staff. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Some roles have a small tuition benefit. How many hours do they guarantee?

Check how they treat part-time staff for benefits. Some add them after a set number of hours.

Ask whether the schedule is posted in advance and how they handle swaps. It matters a lot with kids.
