Part-time jobs that fit around childcare

I am looking for part-time work that fits around school hours and found a few evening shifts near Honolulu. It has been weighing on me all week. They can give a schedule two weeks ahead. Has anyone worked these shifts?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
