Part-time jobs that fit around childcare

A grocery chain and a hotel near Hartford are hiring part-time staff. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Shifts are four to six hours and the pay is weekly. How many hours do they guarantee?

Check how they treat part-time staff for benefits. Some add them after a set number of hours.

I got the job by going in around mid-morning and asking for the manager. Worth a try.
