Part-time jobs that fit around childcare

I am looking for part-time work that fits around school hours and found a few evening shifts near Memphis. I am in Memphis, in case local advice matters. They can give a schedule two weeks ahead.

Check how they treat part-time staff for benefits. Some add them after a set number of hours.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
