Part-time jobs that fit around childcare - any advice?

I am looking for part-time work that fits around school hours and found a few evening shifts near Pittsburgh. It has been weighing on me all week. Shifts are four to six hours and the pay is weekly. How many hours do they guarantee?

Check how they treat part-time staff for benefits. Some add them after a set number of hours.

I got the job by going in around mid-morning and asking for the manager. Worth a try.
