Part-time jobs that fit around childcare - any advice?

I am looking for part-time work that fits around school hours and found a few evening shifts near Atlanta. I do not usually post, so bear with me. They can give a schedule two weeks ahead. Is the schedule really fixed?

I got the job by going in around mid-morning and asking for the manager. Worth a try.
