Part-time jobs that fit around childcare after 7 years as a production planner

I am looking for part-time work that fits around school hours and found a few evening shifts near Columbus. I do not usually post, so bear with me. They can give a schedule two weeks ahead. Is the schedule really fixed?

I worked evenings at a hotel. The hours were steady and the team was friendly, but weekends were busy.
