Part-time jobs that fit around childcare after 4 years as a nurse's aide

I am looking for part-time work that fits around school hours and found a few evening shifts near Oklahoma City. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They can give a schedule two weeks ahead. Has anyone worked these shifts?

Ask whether the schedule is posted in advance and how they handle swaps. It matters a lot with kids.
