Part-time jobs that fit around childcare after 3 years as an HR coordinator

A cleaning company is taking applications for evening crews. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Shifts are four to six hours and the pay is weekly. How many hours do they guarantee?

Check how they treat part-time staff for benefits. Some add them after a set number of hours.
