Part-time jobs that fit around childcare after 17 years as an accountant

I am looking for part-time work that fits around school hours and found a few evening shifts near Boston. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Some roles have a small tuition benefit. How many hours do they guarantee?

Check how they treat part-time staff for benefits. Some add them after a set number of hours.
