Part-time jobs that fit around childcare after 12 years as a quality inspector

I am looking for part-time work that fits around school hours and found a few evening shifts near Baltimore. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Shifts are four to six hours and the pay is weekly.

Check how they treat part-time staff for benefits. Some add them after a set number of hours.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
