Part-time jobs that fit around childcare after 10 years as an HR coordinator

A grocery chain and a hotel near St. Louis are hiring part-time staff. There are 10 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some roles have a small tuition benefit. How many hours do they guarantee?

I worked evenings at a hotel. The hours were steady and the team was friendly, but weekends were busy.

I got the job by going in around mid-morning and asking for the manager. Worth a try.
