Part-time jobs that fit around childcare

A grocery chain and a hotel near Honolulu are hiring part-time staff. I do not usually post, so bear with me. They can give a schedule two weeks ahead. Is the schedule really fixed?

I got the job by going in around mid-morning and asking for the manager. Worth a try.
