Part-time jobs that fit around childcare - 8 months and counting

A grocery chain and a hotel near Atlanta are hiring part-time staff. I have been trying to stay organised about it. They can give a schedule two weeks ahead. Has anyone worked these shifts?

Check how they treat part-time staff for benefits. Some add them after a set number of hours.
