Part-time jobs that fit around childcare

A grocery chain and a hotel near Boise are hiring part-time staff. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Some roles have a small tuition benefit. Has anyone worked these shifts?

I got the job by going in around mid-morning and asking for the manager. Worth a try.
