Part-time jobs that fit around childcare - 21 weeks in

I am looking for part-time work that fits around school hours and found a few evening shifts near Tampa. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Some roles have a small tuition benefit. How many hours do they guarantee?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
