Part-time jobs that fit around childcare - 14 weeks in

Casey Osei · 2026-08-24T06:11:10.561Z

A grocery chain and a hotel near Hartford are hiring part-time staff. There are 12 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Shifts are four to six hours and the pay is weekly. How many hours do they guarantee?

I got the job by going in around mid-morning and asking for the manager. Worth a try.
