Part-time jobs that fit around childcare - 12 weeks in

I am looking for part-time work that fits around school hours and found a few evening shifts near Fresno. I worked as an office manager before this. They can give a schedule two weeks ahead. Has anyone worked these shifts?

Check how they treat part-time staff for benefits. Some add them after a set number of hours.

I worked evenings at a hotel. The hours were steady and the team was friendly, but weekends were busy.
