Part-time jobs that fit around childcare - 10 months and counting

I am looking for part-time work that fits around school hours and found a few evening shifts near Raleigh. It has been a long 16 weeks. Some roles have a small tuition benefit. How many hours do they guarantee?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
