Jobs at small Tulsa companies nobody posts about - what worked for you?

I asked around at a community meeting and got three leads. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. They prefer people who can start within a couple of weeks.

Visiting in person worked for a trades job. For office jobs, email was better.
