Jobs at small Toledo companies nobody posts about (update)

Two small Toledo employers told me they are hiring but have not posted yet. I worked as a social media manager before this. They like a brief email with a résumé. What do you write in a cold email?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
