Jobs at small St. Louis companies nobody posts about after 14 years as an accounts payable clerk

I asked around at a community meeting and got three leads. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They prefer people who can start within a couple of weeks. Should I visit in person?

Visiting in person worked for a trades job. For office jobs, email was better.
