Jobs at small Seattle companies nobody posts about (update)

Two small Seattle employers told me they are hiring but have not posted yet. There are 7 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They prefer people who can start within a couple of weeks. Does anyone have similar leads?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

A short email with two sentences about what you can do and your résumé attached worked for me. I followed up after a week.
