Two small Salt Lake City employers told me they are hiring but have not posted yet. It has been a long 5 weeks. They like a brief email with a résumé. Should I visit in person?

Keep a list of who you contacted and when. It makes follow-ups easy.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
