Jobs at small Richmond companies nobody posts about - any advice?

Oluwaseun Nakamura · 2026-06-27T18:49:34.938Z

A friend who works at a local manufacturer says there are openings not advertised online. There are 8 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. One is a print shop, one is an accounting firm and one is a clinic. What do you write in a cold email?

Visiting in person worked for a trades job. For office jobs, email was better.
