Jobs at small Portland companies nobody posts about, janitorial supervisor here

Two small Portland employers told me they are hiring but have not posted yet. They like a brief email with a résumé. What do you write in a cold email?

Visiting in person worked for a trades job. For office jobs, email was better.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
