Jobs at small Phoenix companies nobody posts about after 5 years as an operations analyst

A friend who works at a local manufacturer says there are openings not advertised online. They prefer people who can start within a couple of weeks. Should I visit in person?

Visiting in person worked for a trades job. For office jobs, email was better.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
