Jobs at small Phoenix companies nobody posts about after 13 years as a home health aide

Two small Phoenix employers told me they are hiring but have not posted yet. Any experience at all would help. One is a print shop, one is an accounting firm and one is a clinic. Does anyone have similar leads?

Visiting in person worked for a trades job. For office jobs, email was better.

Keep a list of who you contacted and when. It makes follow-ups easy.
