Jobs at small Nashville companies nobody posts about after 12 years as a line cook

Two small Nashville employers told me they are hiring but have not posted yet. I have been trying to stay organised about it. One is a print shop, one is an accounting firm and one is a clinic. Does anyone have similar leads?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
