Jobs at small Memphis companies nobody posts about

A friend who works at a local manufacturer says there are openings not advertised online. I worked as an electrician's helper before this. They like a brief email with a résumé. Does anyone have similar leads?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Keep a list of who you contacted and when. It makes follow-ups easy.
