Jobs at small Little Rock companies nobody posts about after 16 years as an office manager

Two small Little Rock employers told me they are hiring but have not posted yet. I am in Little Rock, in case local advice matters. They prefer people who can start within a couple of weeks. Does anyone have similar leads?

Small employers often hire on recommendation. Ask neighbours, former co-workers and your library.
