Jobs at small Detroit companies nobody posts about after 8 years as a call-centre agent

Carlos Eriksen · 2026-05-30T01:56:50.757Z

Two small Detroit employers told me they are hiring but have not posted yet. It has been weighing on me all week. They prefer people who can start within a couple of weeks. What do you write in a cold email?

Keep a list of who you contacted and when. It makes follow-ups easy.
