Jobs at small Columbus companies nobody posts about after 9 years as an operations analyst

Two small Columbus employers told me they are hiring but have not posted yet. It has been weighing on me all week. They prefer people who can start within a couple of weeks. Does anyone have similar leads?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
