Jobs at small Cincinnati companies nobody posts about (update)

Two small Cincinnati employers told me they are hiring but have not posted yet. I am in Cincinnati, in case local advice matters. They prefer people who can start within a couple of weeks. Does anyone have similar leads?

Small employers often hire on recommendation. Ask neighbours, former co-workers and your library.
