Jobs at small Atlanta companies nobody posts about after 10 years as a marketing coordinator

A friend who works at a local manufacturer says there are openings not advertised online. Thank you in advance. They like a brief email with a résumé. What do you write in a cold email?

Keep a list of who you contacted and when. It makes follow-ups easy.
