Jobs at small Albuquerque companies nobody posts about, recruiter here

Two small Albuquerque employers told me they are hiring but have not posted yet. It has been a long 16 weeks. They like a brief email with a résumé. Does anyone have similar leads?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

A short email with two sentences about what you can do and your résumé attached worked for me. I followed up after a week.
