Hospital openings I found in Wichita - what worked for you?

A home-care agency in Wichita is taking applications for aides with paid training. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles. Do any of these pay for certification?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
