Hospital openings I found in Pittsburgh - any advice?

A home-care agency in Pittsburgh is taking applications for aides with paid training. There are 11 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles. Do any of these pay for certification?

I got into a patient-care role with no experience. They paid for my certification once I passed a background check.
