Several clinics and a hospital near Minneapolis are hiring medical assistants, patient-care techs and schedulers. There are 8 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Shifts range from mornings to overnight. What is the interview process like?

Ask about overtime and shift differentials. The hourly rate does not tell the whole story.
